Training is our passion!
Our annual training program is designed to provide each person with new skills year to year. New responsibilities require new skills, new knowledge. Our training program is designed to help our people to take on more complex and responsible tasks.
Training tracks
We deliver training in 3 different tracks:

Technical specialty – delivers training on the technology side of our profession, e.g. Java, J2EE, Oracle, SAP

Application delivery – delivers training on the methodology of IT service delivery for different types of projects

Professional development – this track delivers training on soft skills, e.g. effective communication, team building, motivating, time management
Curriculum
We have defined a comprehensive training curriculum, that ensures that our people gain top level knowledge during their career in all 3 tracks. The curriculum utilizes different channels to build up knowledge and skills:
- Traditional classroom
- Virtual classroom
- Independent computer based training
- Free access to vendor training ( SAP, Oracle)
- Access to online IT literature library with several thousands items
