On higher level Accenture Technology Solutions is modeled the solution creation and management to use Capability Maturity Model (CMM). The current level of Riga Delivery Centre is CMMI level 3 within the Siebel Capability Group (reached summer 2006). Target to reach CMM level 5 has been set to summer of 2008.
As a tool to practice the CMM in daily work Accenture utilizes the Accenture Delivery Suite (ADS). This is to deliver projects on time and within budget in a reliable, repeatable manner. We utilize our expertise, gleaned from years of delivering large-scale IT projects utilizing custom methods, tools and architectures. We also rely on our network of alliances to supplement our strengths with the "best in breed" off-the-shelf delivery methodology, tools and architectures.
The Accenture Delivery Suite is composed of the Accenture Delivery Methods, Accenture Delivery Tools and Accenture Delivery Architectures.
