Our team at the Riga Delivery Centre works with out Nordic SAP clients.

The SAP work currently being undertaken by Accenture Technology Solutions people at the Riga Delivery Center is varied and interesting. We work on implementation, rollouts, upgrades, application management, performance tuning and archiving. We support an end-to-end implementation cycle comprising planning, analyzing, functional and technical design, technical architecture design, configuration and custom development, unit or component testing, assembly testing, functional or product testing, bug fixes, user acceptance and post go-live support.

Our teams bring together people from Accenture’s Consulting workforce and Accenture Technology Solutions to combine deep industry and technology knowledge. Our projects are varied in size, with some large and complex (with over 120 people working on them) utilizing multiple technologies to provide desired solution offerings. For example they could combine use of SAP with EAI, legacy systems or other ERP packages such as Siebel.

Accenture Technology Solutions offers our SAP people in Latvia extensive opportunities for training on broad and leading-edge technologies. Every individual receives 80 hours of technical and role-based training annually, utilizing a world class training and learning environment comprising of SAP 4.7 (Enterprise), SCM, CRM, BIW, XI, Portals and IS.

As well, we have a training alliance with SAP (globally and locally) to leverage SAP partner academy material and learning assets. We have high quality self-learning materials available through Accenture’s learning portal, which is supplemented with classroom and computer-based instructor training.
