Opportunities at a Variety of Career Levels The selection process is designed to be quick and straightforward. It starts with a 45 minute interview with a member of our recruitment team, either on campus, during a recruiting event or via telephone. Questions typically relate to your background and experience, immediate career objectives and your outside interests.After passing this initial interview, you will be invited to attend an assessment day. You will participate in interviews and group exercises, as well as learn more about us through meeting some of the people who work here. Within one or two weeks, we will contact you to let you know if you have been successful. At this time you may receive an offer to join us!
