Professional Development from Day One

Your journey as a consultant at the Accenture European Technology Park (AETP) begins with our five day general orientation in Sophia Antipolis. This introductory session provides you with information on Accenture, on our internal organisation within the AETP, and on practical business issues.

Together with other new joiners, you will see presentations from all of the groups within the AETP and meet members of your specialty. Your Human Resources representative will be on hand to provide you with information on your project assignment, training, and administration.

Most importantly, this is the first opportunity you’ll have to meet new colleagues and establish relationships that will remain key to you throughout your career.
