What excites you about your job?
One of the most exciting things about the job is waking up to the energy and enthusiasm the firm exudes. This is testament to the faith the firm places on its Gen-Y youngsters. The challenge of working with these high performers is motivating in itself, and remains for me the reason why Accenture is the place to work.

What attracted you to Accenture?
The people are the firm’s most valued asset. I am thrilled at the opportunity to learn from the best talent around. The willingness of Accenture to invest and develop its people make it an even more compelling career proposition.

What is something you have learned in the past year?
I have learned never to be afraid to ask. It is a simple lesson everyone understands, yet not as easy to put into practice. He who is afraid to ask is ashamed to learn.

What advice would you give somebody preparing to join Accenture?
To take each challenge as an opportunity to prove to oneself, above anyone else, that nothing is beyond one’s reach.
