What attracted you to Accenture?
Accenture’s growing reputation, plus its already strong industry recognition, which provide great prospective gains for clients and employees. I am very proud to be a part of Accenture. Everyone accepts that Accenture hires the best people and delivers high performance to its clients.
How did you get the job?
While I was working in the US, I went back home to visit my family and spotted an advertisement online for an an Accenture walk-in interview at the weekend. After getting an offer, I decided to move back to Thailand!
What has been your best/most interesting experience working with Accenture?
I was assigned to work with an integration team to conduct business simulation for the project. It is the most interesting experience I had because I learnt all process functions and integrated them. I concluded the integration issues and worked out solutions to help each function carry on its work.
What excites you about your job?
I always learn new things, work with people from diversified functions, and am met with challenging work. I have opportunities to improve my analytical skills and leadership, and to be constantly learning. The most exciting thing is that I can travel and meet new people.
There are also many training courses and knowledge exchange program that I can find more valuable knowledge. It seems that working with Accenture, I always confront new challenges and force myself to continue improving my skills and knowledge.
