Online Application
To start the application process, proceed to the Apply Now section. Remember to attach your resume together with your most recent academic transcript. Visit our section on How to Apply for more information.
- All applications must be made online. Please set aside 30 minutes to complete your online application.
- Have an electronic version of your resume and academic transcript ready for uploading to the application form.
- If you are reapplying, please make sure that one year has passed since the date of the rejection on your previous application (to any of Accenture's workforces, including Accenture Technology Solutions).
- Please note that once you have started your application for a role, you will have 28 days within which to complete it. After 28 days, your form will be withdrawn from the application process unless we hear from you
- You may only apply for one role at one time and to only one country office at a time. If you do apply for more than one position, we will only screen your first application.
Initial Interview
If you successfully pass the application screening, you will be invited to attend an initial interview in your country of application. This is a good opportunity for you to highlight your background, career goals, work experiences, activities and any other pertinent information that will be used to evaluate your application.
This interview is usually done face to face. On occasion, however, this interview may be conducted over the telephone.
Manager Interview
On passing the initial interview, you will be invited to a one-on-one interview with an Accenture manager in your country of application. This interview will focus on experiences you have had at university, work and extracurricular activities.
Please note that if you are being considered for the Strategy Consulting team, you will have a case study interview in addition to this interview.
Senior Executive Interview
The final stage is an interview with an Accenture senior executive in your country of application. This final interview gives you an opportunity to discuss any outstanding questions you may have.
When you have successfully completed our selection process, a member of our recruiting team will notify you, commence your background check and offer you employment at Accenture. The recruiter will also provide details of your start date, location, training and compensation with Accenture. Submit an application now!
