Step 2: Complete an online application. Make sure you have your resume ready and have 30 minutes set aside to complete the form. Once you begin an application, you must submit it within 28 days: you can save a partially-filled application form and return on another occasion to complete it.

Even if there are no roles currently advertised that match your needs, please complete an online resume and attach your resume, outlining in your cover letter the type of roles which interest you the most. Accenture is growing rapidly, and we are always interested in hearing from prospective candidates.

Step 3: A dedicated recruiter in your area of interest will review both your application form and resume. If your skills and background meet our current requirements, the recruiter will arrange a series of interviews.

The interview process can vary depending on your area of interest. Generally, there are three stages.

1. In the first discussion, our aim is gain a clearer understanding about the depth and breadth of your technical skills in particular areas.
   
   
2. In the second interview, our discussion will focus on examples of relevant work situations.
   
   
3. The third interview will be with a Senior Executive who makes the final assessment and confirms which area of the business will most suit your interests and Accenture’s business needs.

Before you go any further, there is a self-selection check that could prevent you wasting an application. If you cannot agree wholeheartedly with all four statements, you should not apply.

• If you are reapplying, and are a graduate, then please ensure it has been one year since your previous application (this includes applications to any of Accenture's workforces including Accenture Technology Solutions).
