One Step Ahead of 2011: A New Horizon f or Working Women provides a snapshot of how tomorrow's workforce feels about the changes to business that will accompany the increasing leveling of economic power globally, which we refer to as the multi-polar world.
In this report, we consider the changes on the horizon for tomorrow's workforce — in particular, for women around the world. The research seeks to pinpoint what working women—and men—will need to do to adapt to globalization. It also explores key differences between the genders and assesses people's willingness to make the necessary adjustments.
