Solutions career path

Solutions Career Levels

The Solutions workforce offers career opportunities for technical specialization, while also being part of a pace-based career progression model. This means that progression is based on individual performance, time at your current career level and business need.

To be promoted in the Solutions workforce, you must demonstrate the skills necessary to succeed at the next level. By consistently performing at a high level, individuals have the opportunity to advance at an accelerated pace.

Overall, Accenture offers the widest range of career possibilities in ICT. While some might want to develop deep skills in their areas of expertise, others choose to coordinate and manage ICT projects.

Services career path

Outsourcing offers a career model with nine career levels. Members of Outsourcing’s Services workforce may choose to remain at their level or seek promotion opportunities.

To be eligible for promotion, there must be a business need that results in an open position at the next career level and individual interest in advancement.

To progress to the next level, an individual must demonstrate the ability to meet the requirements of that level, as well as the specific knowledge, skill and experience requirements of the open position.

Enterprise career path

Members of Corporate Functions’ Enterprise workforce have a career model with nine career levels. They may choose to remain at their level or seek promotion opportunities. To be eligible for promotion, there must be a business need that results in an open position at the next career level and individual interest in advancement.

To progress to the next level, an individual must demonstrate the ability to meet the requirements of that level, as well as the specific knowledge, skill and experience requirements of the open position.
