Our customer care centres are friendly, fast-paced, professional environments that are conducive to the ongoing learning of new skills.
The work includes billing, collections, sales or service calls for any one of current or past clients, among them BC Hydro, the City of Calgary, Direct Energy Essential Home Services, Enbridge Gas Distribution, and Terasen Gas to name a few.
In some of our centres there are also opportunities to provide customer service support for meter reading, moving, inspections, gas and electric emergency calls, and other services.
Our centres operate in a shift-work environment and scheduling varies according to anticipated call volumes. As a successful applicant you must have the flexibility to work in a variety of shifts, often at short notice, on an as-required basis.
The workstations our representatives work at are shared so you will become familiar with everyone very quickly. Some of our centres even feature a television lounge to relax in during your break. In addition there are lunchrooms and outdoor areas where you can enjoy your meals and socialize with your co-workers.
