The types of work we offer varies with each of our customer care centres.

This is because each of our centres serve different clients – clients who require specific hours of support and different ranges of services.

For example, some clients require 24/7 phone support and others 9 to 5. Billing and collections requirements are unique to each client as well. Some centres may serve clients that require service support such as meter reading or gas emergency calls, while other centres may provide service support for furnace, water heaters or air conditioners. Therefore the shifts, the flexibility, and ultimately the nature of the work we are able to offer you will be, by necessity, different in each of our centres.
