All new graduates start at the Analyst level. The following are the career levels you may progress through based on merit and experience.
• Analysts focus on developing core capability skills. With relevant experience, they begin to supervise and train others.
• Goals at the consultant level include developing stronger supervisory skills. At this stage, Consultants also develop a solid foundation in applying core competency and problem-analysis skills.
• A manager broadens his or her project and team management skills. This is also the time to expand skills in a specific capability, industry or other specialized areas.
• A senior manager has performed at least three years at the Manager level. This promotion point recognizes the achievements of an individual and confirms the potential for advancement to the senior executive level.
• A senior executive supervises existing client relationships and forges new and enduring client relationships. He or she exercises independent judgment in business development and becomes a leader in professional and civic communities. Senior executives have deep specialized skills and are able to contribute original thought leadership to projects and the professional community.
