At the beginning of the school year, we will visit universities across Canada and host information sessions about our recruiting process and career opportunities. During these sessions, you will be able to interact with Accenture professionals from different workgroups and career levels to find out more about the company.
When we are actively recruiting, our Entry Level Analyst positions are posted online. Please be prepared to provide an electronic copy of your resume, cover letter and transcript or progress report in your application. Applying online is the only method of application used by Accenture.
If you do not see an Entry Level Analyst posting, it may be because we have filled our demand, or are not actively recruiting at this time. Please feel free to explore other positions that may be of interest outside of our Consulting workforce.
Once received by our campus recruiting team, your application will be carefully considered against our business needs and the requirements of the position you are applying for. You will be contacted by an Accenture representative approximately two weeks after our application deadline, regardless of whether or not you are chosen for a first round interview. If you are selected for a first round interview, the Accenture representative will coordinate the logistics with you.
Your first meeting will be a preliminary discussion with an Accenture representative designated for your school. This is a good opportunity for you to highlight your background, career goals, activities, and other pertinent information. If mutual objectives are met, the Accenture representative may schedule a second interview to discuss in more detail your experience (both education and personal) as it would relate to potential performance at Accenture. You may be asked for specific examples of situations encountered and how you handled them. You will be contacted shortly after your first interview to indicate if you will proceed to the second interview or not.
If these preliminary discussions are successful, you will be invited to an office visit.
The objective of the visit is for you to learn more about our company from key personnel – senior executives and our recruiting team – while allowing us time to make final assessments on your qualifications. The office visit day is usually a full day and includes a presentation on the company from a local office perspective, a roundtable panel discussion with consultants and two formal assessment components. Usually the office visit takes place at an office closest to your school, not necessarily at the location where you wish to obtain a position.
If you are successful in our selection process, a recruiting representative will contact you to offer a position within a few weeks after your last interview. They will also provide details of your start date, training, compensation, benefits, position and location. They will be glad to answer any questions and help guide you through your decision-making process. A new joiner’s start date is determined by a combination of business needs and a new joiner’s preference. Start dates vary throughout the year.
