We typically recruit from Campus in September, looking for start dates after graduation, for the following July through February. If you are unsure of your deadline please contact your school's career services for the campus-specific application deadline for undergraduates. . If your campus is not listed, please apply directly through our web-based application tool.
If successful, you will be contacted to start the interview process. Applicants are screened on the basis of academic credentials, skills, and business needs.
Step 2 – First Round Interviews: These initial assessments will be conducted during the interview days that have been scheduled for the campuses we will be visiting this year. When on-campus interviews are not available, candidates selected for interviews will be invited to the closest Accenture office or campus session for their interview.
You will take part in a 45 minute screening interview that will focus on your background and your overall experience.
You will also have an interview focused on exploring your problem solving and analytical abilities. During this 30-45 minute interview, you will be given a situation in which you will be asked to prioritize, analyze, and ultimately draw conclusions and/or recommendations. The interviewer will also be available to answer any questions you may have about the position at hand or more generally, about Accenture.
Step 3 – Performance Factor Interviewing
During this interview, conducted either on-campus or by telephone, you will have the opportunity to highlight your skills and experience in a behavioural interview setting. Interviewers will be looking for strong demonstration of key performance factors that are required to be successful within the Canadian Strategy practice, and broader Accenture organization.
Step 4 – Final Interviews: The final round of interviews will consist of several 45 minute case and fit interviews with members of Accenture’s Strategy Leadership team. Interviews will take place at Accenture’s Toronto West office located in Mississauga, Ontario.
You will have the opportunity to interview with and meet Strategy executives. During this final round of interviews, we will continue to assess your problem solving and analytical abilities. After the final round of interviews, successful candidates will receive offers of employment following this four step process.
