We offer week-long formal skill training courses called Strategy Milestone Schools at each promotion point in your career. These courses focus on developing the key skills required to be a successful strategist. Content in this training includes Accenture’s approach to structured problem solving, market and competitor analysis, valuation and shareholder value analysis, dynamic business modeling and effective communication.
