About Me

I attended university in my hometown, and received my law degree from the Université de Montréal. After becoming a member of the Quebec Bar Association, I worked for a law firm as a litigation attorney for three years. I then returned to university, hoping to find a career which offered greater variety and room for growth and received my MBA from École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC).

Joining Accenture

Attracted to Accenture’s excellent reputation, I joined as an Analyst in 2000 and now work as a Manager in the Communications & High Tech operating group

Working Life

People are what make Accenture great! Although the company’s size and global presence increase the variety of projects and resources available, it also enables Accenture to employ the highest quality workforce. Work is challenging, and the clients I deal with are demanding, but I know that I always have the full support of my team and coworkers.

Work/Life Balance

I work out of town during the week but I try to spend most of free time on the weekends with my family and friends in Montréal. I enjoy reading and exercising, but my true passions are cooking and playing golf.

Current Projects

I am currently working on projects for a major telecommunications company. These projects involve the integration of legacy systems, implementation of CRM tools and redesigning sales systems. The greatest challenge I have encountered in my career as a consultant has been user resistance to change. I find it very rewarding when I successfully implement a solution and gain client acceptance. My communication skills, developed from my prior career as an attorney, have proven extremely important in accomplishing this.

Advice to Recruits

Be prepared to invest time and work hard! Accenture offers great opportunities for career progression but not without determination and desire. Being able to roll with the punches is another crucial ability for Accenture employees. We work in an industry which is constantly changing and being able to adapt proactively is extremely important.
