Antti rode more than 8,000 kilometers this summer on his motorcycle. He looks for winding roads because "they're more fun" but his career path has been fairly straightforward.

How did you come to Accenture?

My major at the Helsinki School of Economics was Information Systems. And when I graduated I landed a job at a smaller-sized software company here in Finland. What prompted me to apply at Accenture was their Great Place to Work win. And I had friends working here who told me that the award wasn't just about PR. They confirmed that Accenture is actually a great place to be. Something I've learned myself over the past two years.

What do you like most about your job?

The international environment. On the project I'm working on now, I collaborate with Accenture Delivery Center and third-party outsourcers and in India and regularly communicate with teams in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. And my colleagues are really friendly and supportive, too.

What are you working on now?

We're doing a major ERP deployment that involves SAP. As part of the work, we're integrating two companies that merged nearly two years ago. We're delivering SAP logistics configuration, end-to-end process pretesting and coordination for projects around the world. Although the cultural aspects can be a challenge, it has helped me grow professionally. You have to learn to manage cultural diversity in today's business world.
