You could join our international team of Commercial & Contract Management professionals, each of whom works in an exciting and fast-paced environment as part of an extended client team. Commercial & Contract Management professionals interact with any function or capability contributing to a client project, including Legal, Finance, Human Resources and Business Operations. Because of this, Commercial & Contract Management professionals gain a “big picture” perspective and special insight into client projects giving them abundant opportunities to add value and contribute to the success of both Accenture and the client.

. Commercial & Contract Management is made up of three groups: Commercial Management, Contract Management and Major Subcontractor Management. The positions within each group are:
Commercial Management: Commercial Directors
Commercial Directors function as the equivalent of a chief operating officer on our largest and most demanding client relationships. Commercial Directors are responsible for monitoring and managing contract financials, managing to staffing plans with the delivery leadership, ensuring contract compliance and monitoring legal compliance and commercial relationships.
Contract Management: Contract Managers
Contract Managers operate on three functional levels: contract directing, contract management and contract administration. Contract Managers are responsible for:
Advising contract leadership on how to take advantage of the strategic aspects of risk management embedded in the contract
Monitoring and managing contract compliance, including proactively working with the client, the Accenture team and Legal to resolve contractual issues
Maintaining the contract through an efficient change order process to represent the dynamic execution environment.
Escalating exceptions and issues as needed.
Major Subcontractor Management: Major Subcontractor Managers
Covering Accenture's material and major subcontractors, Major Subcontractor Managers are responsible for the subcontractor selection process, the execution of agreements and the management of subcontractors. They also are a single point of contact for Accenture’s total business with a given subcontractor.
