At Accenture, customer relationship management is part of the Management Consulting group. In Customer Relationship Management Consulting, we aim to reinvent marketing and customer management for high-performance businesses. Consultants specialized in this area focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation.
You are likely to be involved in a range of activities from assessing businesses and processes to performing value analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Our clients will look to you to help them create a superior experience for their customers and enhance the value of their customer relationships by combining knowledge with the latest tools and technologies. Alternatively, you may be asked to look at how businesses are structured and what they are capable of delivering, then develop organizational strategies and designs that will enable clients to improve their performance.
By joining this specialty at Accenture, you can help organizations quickly and cost-effectively acquire the capabilities they need to achieve high performance through their customer relationships. You will work with customer relationship professionals around the world and utilize our global network of resources for solution delivery and operations management.
