Work/life Balance

Workforce
Accenture's four workforces are Consulting, Enterprise, Services and Solutions. Work Group
A work group is the second level of grouping in Accenture's workforce structure. When hired into a workforce, an individual is assigned to a specific work group. Work groups distinguish the key capabilities of our people and define the core, foundation skills required within the workforce.
