Work/Life Balance
A sensible balance between a person's work and personal life. Accenture recognizes the importance of this balance and is seriously committed to flexibility in the workplace. The convenience of laptops, wireless phones, Internet access to e-mail and a variety of other technological innovations give Accenture employees a great deal of flexibility in how and where they work.

Workforce
Accenture's four workforces are Consulting, Enterprise, Services and Solutions. Each workforce contributes to the business in a different but complementary way, and offers a different career experience depending on a person's skills, career objectives and the kind of work they require.

Work group
A work group is the second level of grouping in Accenture's workforce structure. When hired into a workforce, an individual is assigned to a specific work group. Work groups distinguish the key capabilities of our people and define the core, foundation skills required within the workforce.
