Accountants Payable - Warsaw, Poland OR Prague, Czech Republic
Looking for native speakers any of the following languages: Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian
Key responsibilities may include:
- Processing and coding invoices in accordance with Accenture and client invoicing procedures
- Reversing invoices for incorrect hosting
- Blocking and releasing invoices for payment on business request
- Monitoring blocked and parked invoice reports and ensuring aged invoices are followed up on a timely basis
- Handling with customer's requests
- Raising, routing and managing invoice exceptions process with business vendor
Requirements:
- Some experience in accounting or a relevant accounting qualification
- Excel and word skills would be an advantage
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Language Requirements:
- English
- Finnish, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian
