These professionals belong to a dedicated workforce called “Enterprise” that manages and operates the Accenture business and supports our client-facing professionals, outsourcing units and other businesses.
Facilities and Services provides on-site facilities management, executive support services, office services, real estate, travel and workplace research and development. As an important part of our operations, Facilities and Services professionals perform many functional roles including guest reception, reservations, meeting planning, logistics and procurement. In all these areas, you would be expected to provide consistent, high quality service while encouraging Accenture employees to use online tools.
With 110 offices in 48 countries, Facilities and Services professionals also help manage our real estate portfolio, both strategically and operationally. You could be involved in portfolio planning, leasing relationships and workplace. You may also work with the Corporate Housing team to facilitate relationships with third party vendors, such as rental property owners, for employees working on engagements based away from their home office location.
Executive Support Services provides support in a range of functional business areas, such as travel coordination, administrative support, research, meeting coordination and special projects. You may be involved with Accenture management and senior executives using telephone support, schedule management and the productions of presentations and proposals.
