Sales Development Workgroup

The Sales Development workgroup is a part of a dedicated workforce called “Enterprise” that manages and operates the Accenture business and supports our client-facing professionals, outsourcing units and other businesses. Consisting of sales and sales support professionals who lead and manage the selling process of Accenture’s consulting and outsourcing capabilities, they also develop and manage alliance business relationships, and actively promote alliance offerings. The Sales Development workgroup has three areas of focus and five key roles.

Sales Development people are excellent communicators and facilitators. We look for creative, outgoing, enthusiastic people with real presence who knows how to build and nurture relationships, both internally and externally. This takes experience, working in diverse corporate cultures and at very senior levels. On top of this, you must be able to develop concise, complete and compelling sales messages, and negotiate sensitive situations.
