The Sales Development workgroup is a part of a dedicated workforce called “Enterprise” that manages and operates the Accenture business and supports our client-facing professionals, outsourcing units and other businesses. Consisting of sales and sales support professionals who lead and manage the selling process of Accenture’s consulting and outsourcing capabilities, they also develop and manage alliance business relationships, and actively promote alliance offerings. The Sales Development workgroup has three areas of focus and five key roles.
