We have a dedicated team of people called the Services workforce who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
Accenture HR BPO Services We provide custom-made solutions for clients across the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and employee selection through to retirement and pension administration.
Accenture Learning BPO Services We help clients to develop and deploy the technology, business processes and management programs they need to improve talent & organization performance. We deliver e-learning solutions that put the learner in simulated work environments, focusing on selling, call center and operational effectiveness and risk management.
Accenture has a dedicated workforce called “Enterprise” that manages and operates the Accenture business and supports our client-facing professionals, outsourcing units and other businesses. The HR business practice has a wide responsibility. It develops and manages Accenture’s performance management process, leadership development, learning strategy, compensation strategy, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes, training tools and initiatives.
