Facilities and Services provides on-site facilities management, executive support services, graphics and creative services, meeting and events, office services, real estate, travel and workplace research and development. With such a wide range of roles, Facilities and Services is a very diverse team of professionals, with a wide range of backgrounds and experience.

In Archives and Records Management you would be working with business process owners to maintain, manage, store, retrieve and dispose of Accenture’s archives and records. This is an essential service that ensures we comply with our contractual obligations as well as legal and regulatory requirements, such as tax or data privacy laws, which may vary from market to market.

The Business Travel Group provides Accenture employees with the means to book travel and accommodation efficiently and cost-effectively. As part of Business Travel, you could find yourself managing contracts and vendor relationships, or creating and implementing tools to facilitate the travel booking process.

Accenture often provides corporate housing and furnished apartments for employees working on engagements based away from their home office location. The Corporate Housing team manages all aspects of this service, from developing and implementing group strategy to facilitating relationships with third party vendors, such as rental property owners.

Executive Support Services provides support in a range of functional business areas, such as travel co-ordination, administrative support, research, meeting co-ordination and special projects. You could also be involved in telephone support, schedule management and the productions of presentations and proposals.

Individuals with creative and graphic design skills will find rewarding opportunities in Facilities and Services. As part of the Enterprise workforce you could help support Accenture’s business and client-facing professionals by providing on-site design support including brochures, posters, collateral, marketing materials, proposal materials and more.

Meeting planning experts provide a full range of essential meeting planning services, including contract negotiation, site selection, planning of event specifics, production and audio-visual support and invoice reconciliation and payment.

There are many functional roles in Office Services, from facilities management, day-to-day operations, guest reception, reservations and space management, meeting planning, logistics and procurement. In all these areas, you would be expected to provide consistent, high quality service while encouraging Accenture employees to use online tools.

With 110 offices in 49 countries, Accenture needs Corporate Real Estate people to manage our real estate portfolio, both strategically and operationally. In this group, you could be involved in portfolio planning, leasing relationships and workplace design.

Safety and Security is dedicated to ensuring Accenture people and properties are safeguarded against a variety of situations at both local and regional levels. You would be working with specific guidelines, controlling access to offices and points of contact, and managing recovery plans.
