How do I know if I’m qualified for a position? Each position description in our Search Jobs database lists the qualifications necessary for that specific position. If your qualifications match, and you’re interested in that position, you should submit your résumé/CV.
If I submit my résumé/CV for a specific position, how long will it be before I find out if I’m being considered? When you submit your résumé/CV online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. A recruiter will contact you if we wish to discuss your resume/CV in more detail. Please realize that due to the high volume of resumes/CVs that Accenture receives, it is not possible to contact every person who submits a resume/CV.
Can I submit my resume/CV online? Absolutely. Click on Search Jobs & Submit Résumé to identify specific positions, and then click Apply Now to fill out your personal profile and submit your résumé/CV.
Should I submit my résumé/CV for every position in which I am interested? Yes. Every position is filled separately, and so you should submit a résumé/CV for every position for which you would like to be considered.
Do I need to send in a hard copy of my résumé/CV? No, submitting your résumé/CV through the Search Jobs & Submit Résumé section of this site is sufficient. Some locations require hard copies of academic transcripts.
What is the typical interview process? The interview process will vary in each location. You should visit the careers pages for the location you are applying to, in order to find out about the specific interview process there.
A recruiter may contact you to discuss your résumé/CV. This may result in a first interview with a recruiter, who will want to discuss your experiences and interests at a high level. You will also have the opportunity to get additional information about the position and what it is like to work at Accenture. If you are selected to participate in the next stage of the process, you may have interviews with Accenture executives which involve a more in-depth discussion of your skills and experiences.
When will I find out if I can go on to the next step? Your recruiter will contact you to let you know your status in the recruiting process.
Will the office/city where I am interviewed be my home base? That is typically the case, however, your recruiter will have the details about the specific position for which you are interviewing.
