As such, consultants are deployed to either the Management Consulting or the Systems Integration & Technology growth platform – this is their “home.” They focus mainly on solving clients’ business problems and project delivery and are given the opportunity to work across several industry groups, developing a broad set of skills in a variety of areas. Depending on career goals and business need, individuals may be given the option of aligning with, and eventually being deployed solely to, a single industry group, where they can focus on selling our solutions and managing client relationships. Some people who come to us with significant industry experience are deployed straight to an operating group rather than a growth platform, where they will continue to deepen their industry expertise. This provides greater opportunities to build a portfolio of market-relevant, transferable skills in specialist areas.
