The client needed assistance in formalising plans to launch a fixed-line Internet Protocol TV (IPTV), Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Broadband (triple play) business. This undertaking would have been one of the first and largest implementations of the maximum service television (MSTV) product in the world, with local factors, such as 20 different languages and 27,000 local franchises.
Accenture worked with the client for a 10-week period to define the blueprint and implementation plan to build this business, and assembled a senior and diverse team of nearly 30 people from nine different Accenture locations across the world.
The main responsibilities for this project were:
