Recruiting Process

Our Technology practice in India has attractive growth plans and we are committed to providing dynamic and diverse careers to candidates who fulfil our needs.

There are multiple stages to our application and review process. If you submit your résumé and we contact you, you will be required to go through the following process:

  1. Written test—This will test your general aptitude and technical knowledge.
  2. HR Interview –One of our recruiting experts will talk to you to assess your professional experience, communication skills and other personal traits as well as discuss your professional and personal expectations.
  3. Final Interview–One of our business executives will assess your overall fit and provide further clarification or resolve any queries you may have.
Each of the above steps is a potential elimination stage in the process. Offers will be made to selected individuals after the successful completion of the final interview. The joining of all offered candidates would be contingent upon the successful completion of the background verification process. This process involves a check on:
  1. Educational qualifications
  2. Previous employment
