The People Advocate Network is a network of senior leaders from across workforces and entities in India who have a strong passion for people. People advocates help define and sponsor our people programs, making decisions and commitments on behalf of their entities. As a manager, you’ll be expected to deliver results through effective planning, estimating, managing and project implementation, while mitigating risks.
Senior Managers plan, analyse and define high-level software strategies and solutions, using their technical expertise and understanding of the enterprise and the industry sector. They typically lead a sizeable team on a development or maintenance project. As a senior manager, you will be advising clients and developing proposals to meet their business requirements. You will analyse and proactively respond to project, financial and operational risks.
