The People Advocate Network is a network of senior leaders from across workforces and entities in India who have a strong passion for people. People advocates help define and sponsor our people programmes, making decisions and commitments on behalf of their entities. They work to help ensure that people programmes are locally relevant, effective and complementary to our overall business strategy so that people-related issues receive the highest attention and focus.
Managers/programme managers assist in shaping the direction and scope of projects and are responsible for creating and maintaining an environment that gets the most out of both individuals and teams. You will need to understand the technical and industry changes that affect business processes. As a manager, you will be expected to deliver results through effective planning, estimating, managing and project implementation, while mitigating risks.
Senior managers plan, analyse and define high-level software strategies and solutions, using their technical expertise and understanding of the enterprise and the industry sector. They typically lead a sizeable team on a development or maintenance project. As a senior manager, you will be advising clients and developing proposals to meet their business requirements. You will analyse and proactively respond to project-, financial- and operational risks.
