Accenture Consulting’s Total Rewards strategy is highly competitive in the market and enables us to attract, retain and motivate high-calibre employees and provide a framework to design, administer and evaluate effective rewards programmes.

The Employee Share Purchase Plan is available to all eligible employees of Accenture. This plan gives employees an opportunity to build equity ownership by purchasing Accenture shares at a discount.

Management Advisory Committee

This is an initiative to improve the overall engagement of employees. The Management Advisory Committee is a core group of the top performers in the organisation and includes representatives from all levels, from analysts to senior executives.

The committee deliberates upon our strategy, the company’s current performance and the Indian economic environment. The committee then comes up with ideas and suggestions for improving our business and market performance. This participative effort essentially makes it easier for employees at all levels to have a say in the top-level decision making of the organisation.

Accenture Development Partnerships

It has become clear in recent years that many Accenture people are looking for personal development opportunities that include "stretch experiences" as well as traditional promotion paths. Indeed, internal research shows that there is a strong correlation between high achievement in career terms and a desire to "do something worthwhile" or to "give something back."

Accenture Development Partnerships is a nonprofit initiative that provides high-quality consulting services to donors, nongovernmental organisations and other nonprofit entities working in developing countries. This initiative forms a part of Accenture's broader Corporate Citizenship programme.

This is a chance to combine your professional career at Accenture with short-term (generally around four to six months) assignments at projects supported by Accenture Development Partnerships. Such assignments give our people the opportunity to work in an international social environment where their skills directly benefit local communities around the world.
