Working Mother magazine “100 Best Companies for Working Mothers” (2006):
For the fourth year in a row, Working Mother magazine named Accenture to its annual list of “100 Best Companies for Working Mothers.” In addition to other programs, Accenture’s maternity, paternal and adoption leave policies have distinguished Accenture from other corporate entities. These policies enable new parents to take time away from work to be with their children with flexible work arrangements, such as telecommuting and part-time schedules. IDC ranks Accenture as the world leader in HR outsourcing (2007): Accenture is the world’s leading HR Outsourcing provider and is a leading Application Outsourcing provider in the United States, according to IDC, the premier global supplier of market intelligence. In its report, IDC Leadership Grid: Worldwide HRO Market, IDC recognized Accenture HR BPO Services for its focus on the transformational aspects of HR Outsourcing rather than just transference of the processes to the provider.
Fortune names Accenture most admired IT Services Company for third straight year (2006):
For the third consecutive year, Accenture has been ranked number one in its industry category in Fortune magazine's list of America's "Most Admired Companies". Accenture beat competitors Perot Systems, Electronic Data Systems and Bearing Point to top the list of Information Technology Services companies.
Microsoft Global Enterprise Partner of the Year (2006):
Accenture and Avanade have been selected by Microsoft for the 2006 Global Enterprise Partner of the Year Special Recognition Award. The Partner of the Year award recognizes the strength of a partnership built on trust and collaboration. Accenture was selected for Microsoft’s top honour because of its demonstrated leadership in developing and delivering enterprise-class solutions based on the Microsoft platform, as well as its global presence, the growth of the alliance relationship and joint business wins. Winners of this special recognition award are chosen based on positive feedback from Microsoft’s worldwide sales force. Accenture is the only Microsoft partner that has won the Partner of the Year award three times.
Accenture ranks in top 50 of BusinessWeek 100 Top Global Brands (2006):
Accenture placed 49th on the BusinessWeek 100 Top Global Brands ranking, up two places from 2005 after a 10 percent increase in brand value. This is the fifth consecutive year Accenture has earned a spot in the annual listing, which identifies leading brands according to dollar value.
InformationWeek survey positions Accenture as number one outsourcing provider among customers (2006):
InformationWeek asked 420 participants to rate the services provided by their outsourcers across a number of categories including reliability, innovation, strategic advice and range of offerings. Only six companies made the grade, with Accenture ranking first ahead of HP, IBM, EDS, Wipro and CSC, respectively.
CRM Magazine ranks Accenture top CRM management consultant (2006):
CRM Magazine, the leading publication dedicated to customer relationship management, ranked Accenture the top customer relationship management consultant for the fourth year in a row in its 2006 Market Leader Awards. In the annual rankings, top vendors are recognized in eight customer relationship management categories: enterprise suite, mid-market suite, small business suite, sales force automation, marketing automation, analytics, data quality and consultancies.
Accenture HR BPO Services achieves “Provider of the Year” in HR outsourcing sector (2006):
Accenture HR BPO Services has confirmed its top position in the HR outsourcing sector by winning Provider of the Year at the first Human Resources Outsourcing Association’s Europe Annual Awards. Accenture clinched the award with its far-reaching involvement with multinational clients such as Unilever, BT, Caja Madrid and Thomas Cook. Other nominations in the category included ACS, Arinso, IBM and Xansa.
