If your skills and background meet our current requirements, the recruiter will arrange a series of interviews. The interview process can vary depending on your area of interest. Generally, there are three stages. In the first discussion, our aim is gain a clearer understanding about the depth and breadth of your technical skills in particular areas. In the second interview, our discussion will focus on examples of relevant work situations. The third interview will be with a senior executive or senior manager who makes the final assessment and confirms which area of the business will most suit your interests and Accenture’s business needs.
