An Accenture internship with us does not involve shadowing someone, but doing a real job yourself.
Real responsibility on a real Accenture project over the summer vacation from university—with a real salary too.
The availability of internships is based on project needs and is designed to coincide with the vacation periods for each local university’s academic calendar. We work closely with the student career offices of local universities to advertise internship opportunities and receive the applications of interested students.
The duration of internships is between three to six months, depending largely on the availability of students and the demands of the projects. An internship provides a good opportunity for students to take a good look at what we do and how we do it.
You will embark on a project that could be based anywhere in our business. Rather than just shadowing someone, you will be a fully fledged member of the team, with responsibilities that could involve conducting research, analyzing data, writing reports or software testing.
The internship program is an avenue by which we identify talented individuals to join us as consulting analysts upon graduation.
We are looking for top performing students graduating in 2008 with Engineering (all disciplines), Computer Science, Information Systems or Mathematics / Statistics / Sciences to join our six-month or year-long (penultimate year) programs.
