Accenture in Australia has a wide-ranging corporate citizenship programme that honours our commitments to community building and environmental responsibility.
While we are committed to helping our clients become high-performance businesses and governments, we understand that high performance goes hand in hand with a work environment rich in diversity, and work practices that reduce the environmental impact of what we do.
Many of our employees are involved in our program through volunteering, mentoring, performing pro-bono work and coordinating the relationships with the charities we support.
Volunteering. Accenture Australia provides all staff with one paid volunteering leave day per fiscal year to volunteer for a charitable cause.
Financial support. Accenture operates three streams for our giving program: the Accenture Australia Foundation, the Accenture Corporate Giving Program and our Employee Donation Matching Program.
Partnerships. Accenture engages in focussed partnerships, supporting charities and non-governmental organisations in Australia.
Accenture strives to attract and retain the best people and provide an environment where they can all develop professionally and build a rewarding career. As a result, we create an inclusive environment that’s rich in diversity, acknowledges each individual's uniqueness and promotes respect, personal achievement and stewardship.
We aim to build and maintain a global workforce mirroring that of our clients, employing a diverse group of people from different backgrounds, with a vast range of skills and experience, yet all connected by a common corporate culture.
