At Accenture Technology Solutions we have eight career levels. This provides you with the opportunity to reach milestones throughout your career and proceed to new challenges in your projects and responsibilities. On each of these levels you will be offered formal training.

You are responsible for assignments, and your tasks may include programming, configuration and testing of business systems or web solutions.

You have an extended responsibility for project assignments, and you will gain deep knowledge within programming, configuration and testing, or conduct minor analysis.

Your areas of work will closely resemble that of a Programmer or Senior Programmer, but you will have an increased level of responsibility. There will also be an increased expectation to the level of your technical expertise.

You are either working as a technology expert within a certain project or as a team leader for a smaller project group.

You are either working as a technological specialist in the projects or as a team leader for a project group.

You are responsible for planning and leading technology projects

You are responsible for planning and leading larger projects, and you will have In-depth knowledge in a specific field or Technology

You are part of the executive leadership team responsible for the development of ATS which includes portfolio management, business development and client and account management.

To progress to the next stage in your career you need to meet promotion criteria, which includes performance ratings and time at level. Performance is assessed across several areas – reflecting your career path, role and level of responsibility.
