To progress to the next stage in your career you need to meet promotion criteria, which includes performance ratings and time at level. Performance is assessed across 5 areas: solutions delivery, operational effectiveness, people development, professional qualities and communications and value creation.
These performance factors are consistent throughout the Solutions career levels, although the expectations for each will differ by career level.
