How to write an application

Learn about the recruiting process we follow here at Accenture and get the information you need to apply for a career with us.

Your application is your way of introducing yourself to Accenture. Your application gives us the foundation on which we base our first evaluation. To enable us to do so, we require the following documents:

These materials should be forwarded with your online application. We cannot consider candidates for employment without these materials.

What happens after I submit my application?

Once we have received your complete application, our recruitment department will review it to evaluate your background against the needs we have in Accenture at the moment. If there is a match, we will invite you to an interview or a case day.

How to prepare for interviews

Whether you are invited for an interview or a case day, this is our first opportunity to get to know you as a person. We know that the prospect of an interview can be quite nerve-wracking, but ensuring that you are well prepared for your first meeting with us may soothe your nerves. Here are a few pointers on how to prepare

Process for graduates

As a graduate applicant, you will either be called in for two interviews or to participate in a case day. Typically, anywhere between three and eight candidates attend each case day, which consists of a group-based case study, an individual presentation, as well as two individual interviews. Regardless of whether you are called in for interviews or a case day, this will be your opportunity to get to know us.

Process for experienced hires

The recruiting process for experienced hires will typically involve two separate interviews. Management from relevant parts of Accenture will be involved in each interview. You will have the opportunity to get answers to your questions about Accenture and the position you have applied for.

What happens next?

Regardless of outcome, you will be given feedback on our impression of you based on the interview process. We will get back to you as soon as we have made a decision. Should you receive another job offer while waiting for a decision from us, we would be grateful if you would contact us. If you receive an offer from us, you will be given a contract to review and sign, as well as more information about your future employment.
