Describe your background
|
I began at Accenture right after graduating with a Master of Science in Engineering from NTNU (the Norwegian University of Science and Technology) Bond University I had some experience from summer and part-time jobs within digital TV, knowledge management systems and smart house technology.

I chose Accenture because of the excellent prospects for continued training, the wide variety of tasks and because I wanted to work for a large respected company with a global presence.

What do you like most about your job?
|
I enjoy the varied challenges of everyday work. I also value working with skilled people that drive at producing quality results and that put pride in the results they produce.

What are you working on now?
|
While working for Accenture I've been on several projects with roles ranging from developer to technical architect, functional architect, service manager and project coordinator before becoming a project manager. I have been involved in PDP (Professional Development Program) which handles key training functions and social events for Accenture's analyst level as well as arranging other out of project activities.
Right now I’m working as project manager for a public sector client. This role includes responsibilities for coordinating and managing the work of some 20 people, monitoring and reporting on project activities, managing cross-project dependencies, communications management and more.The work is both challenging and rewarding.
