Corporate Citizenship

Our people aren't just passionate about their work; they're also passionate about the world around them. We do all we can to enable you to play your part and make an impact.

We have supported Save the Children (Redd Barna) in Norway since 2003 by contributing to their ABECS (Alternative Basic Education Centre for Out of School Children) program. This initiative has helped thousands of children to overcome poverty and improve their prospects for the future by providing schooling.

Accenture Norway also organizes volunteering activities with Redd Barna to benefit teenage refugees that live in transit centers in Norway, The employees regularly volunteer spare time to assist the successful integration into Norwegian society for 16-17 year olds, through activities such as computer training, cycling trips, climbing days and ski days.

Participate in volunteer work through the Corporate Citizenship Council in Norway on a local level with various activities with Save the Children (Redd Barna)
Participate in our Corporate Citizenship Council and have an impact on various programs in Accenture. One offshoot is the Environment Council, the aim of which is to tackle climate change and carbon reduction from a business perspective
Take an unpaid leave of absence to make a similar community or business impact – Read more: Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO).
Apply for the non-profit Accenture Development Partnerships (ADP) program and do real project work for charity organizations all across the world. There exist various types of ADP program, at various locations and for various lengths. Read more: Accenture Development Partnerships (ADP)
