How do I apply? To consider a recent graduate for employment at Accenture, we require the following: your application letter explaining why you wish to work with us; your CV giving any relevant experience you may have; and your high school and university or graduate school grades. These materials should be forwarded with your online application. We cannot consider candidates for employment without these critical materials. What happens if you’re interested in my qualifications? We will arrange for an interview—these are usually held on Thursdays. You will receive a call from one of our recruiters who will tell you about when and where the interview will take place. How are interview days conducted? You will receive a presentation about who we are at Accenture. In some cases it will be led by a partner or manager—in some cases by recruitment personnel. There may be other candidates at the presentation as well. There will likely be two follow-up interviews that will focus on you: what you’re like as a professional and as a person. These will probably be conducted by one of our mangers or senior employees. What happens after the interview day? If we are interested in your qualifications you will get a third interview. If we are not interested in your qualifications we will try to notify you personally. Due to the volume of applicants we receive, we may not be able to contact you by phone. Receiving an Offer If you receive an offer, you will be given more information about your future employment. A contract will be sent to you. You’ll need to review it, sign it and return it to the address stated on the cover letter. You will then participate in an “On Board” introductory program where you will learn about Accenture policies, tools and procedures
