Technical Support Agents
Your role is to identify and handle customer inquiries concerning hardware and software issues or other technical requirements.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- No experience is required. In fact fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- A college degree is required.

Credit and Collections Agents
Your role is to identify and handle collection and billing responsibilities pertaining to customer's dues. You will also attend to customer inquiries regarding product or services.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any college course.
- At least 6 months relevant work experience, preferably in any of the following: call center, accounts payables/receivables, credit and collections, outsourcing, shared services.
