You could join our contact center operations and be part of a team who handles calls and queries from our clients’ customers. You could be handling inbound and outbound telemarketing calls, or provide technical support to customers with software or hardware issues.
You could also join our vendor management team and help ensure that our clients’ contact center providers deliver the performance companies expect. You could be involved in the training of call center agents, customer and quality analytics, or provide voice and data networking services.
We currently have opportunities for contact center agents. We are looking for graduates/diploma holders with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service and basic computer awareness to join our teams in Manila and Cebu.
