Our selection process

At Accenture we have designed a recruitment process which is quick and straightforward to follow. All our recruitment processes are dependant on the workforce and position you are applying for.

Our recruitment process depends on workforce and position for which you are applying. We have designed this process to be quick and straightforward. Each stage is used to assess specific criteria and acts as a gateway to the next stage. In the early stages we will be looking for evidence of skills that you should already possess. Later on, we will be assessing the skills that can be taught and developed.

Initial interview. The first stage, common for all workforces and positions is an interview with someone from our recruitment department. This initial discussion is an opportunity for you to present your academic and professional achievements. Keep a copy of your completed form and be prepared to ask us some questions.

The sort of questions we might ask you at this stage will relate to your work experience, time at university and outside interests. Ensure that you are prepared to provide examples of times when
you have performed particularly well, achieved good results or
overcome obstacles. This first interview lasts between 30 and 40
minutes and is usually conducted over the phone.

Tests. If you are recent graduate applying for a position in Consulting or Accenture Technology Services you will be asked to take analytical and numerical abilities test.

Assessment center is the next step for graduates willing to start career in Consulting. After a positive screening, we invite you to take part in an assessment center in our Warsaw office. You will take a part in this exercise involves activities aimed at testing your problem-solving, team and leadership skills. This is followed by interviews with managers.

Interviews with manager(s). You will be invited to one or more interviews with Accenture managers. The interviews will usually take place in Warsaw or Łódź. You will be asked about your professional experience and your soft skills will be examined. You can also clarity your detailed questions regarding work at Accenture.

Your final interview will be an opportunity to meet with one of our Accenture Partners. At the end of the process successful candidates receive an offer.
