To further manage your career, you will have a career counselor, and your performance will be reviewed on an annual basis. You will be given the opportunity to work on projects and to receive training that contributes to your development, enabling you to deepen and extend your skills.
To progress to the next stage in your career you need to meet promotion criteria, which includes performance ratings and time at level. Performance is assessed across five areas: solutions delivery, operational effectiveness, people development, professional qualities and communications and value creation.
These performance factors are consistent throughout the Solutions career levels, although the expectations for each will differ by career level.
