For the fourth year, Working Mother’s magazine has included Accenture in the “100 Best Companies for Working Mothers.” We have also received the Catalyst Award, which honors innovative approaches taken by companies towards a diverse environment. During the first half of 2009, Accenture Poland together with the Cracow University of Economics in Poland run a unique educational and training program called “Accent on Women”. It was aimed at female students of the university and its objective was to encourage and support women in staring a career in consulting. The program covered a series of workshops delivered exclusively by women professionals on change management, career and personal development, leadership, as well as creating positive image. Among the speakers there were Accenture experts, managers from Accenture client companies, and specialists in the field of business psychology and personal image.
